I seemed to remember McFarland having somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 HRs last season, despite missing half of the games, not 16. Afterall, he took EJB deep 4 times in one game. With that kind of freakish power, I find it hard to believe that a quarter of his HRs came in one game.
